Gary Kreissman
Mr. Kreissman has over 20 years experience in marketing and sales management, business development and general management, with particular expertise in direct marketing, financial marketing and interactive media. Prior to GKL Media, Mr. Kreissman founded Marketing ROI, which built new revenue streams for financial and media companies. Previously, he was SVP of Lipper Inc., the leading mutual fund information provider, where he managed the New York office, created a profitable data feed business and was instrumental in the sale of Lipper to Reuters.
Earlier, Mr. Kreissman was President of ActDirect, the first database-driven couponing company. He has also held senior positions at ValPak, Remy Martin Amerique and Ogilvy & Mather. He serves on the advisory boards of IDayo Inc. and Empire Media. Gary holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from University of Michigan.
Lewis Gersh
Mr. Gersh is the Managing Partner of Unadilla Ventures, LLC, a venture capital firm he founded that focuses on early stage ventures in the media and financial technology sectors. Mr. Gersh is a Director and the Treasurer of Tranvia, Inc., a transaction processing firm providing integrated Visa, MasterCard, gift card, customer loyalty and e-commerce features, to smaller banks, Independent Sales Organizations and small to medium-sized merchants nationwide; Reach Financial, a merchant lending company specializing in advances to small merchants back by their credit card volume; IndustryBrains, Inc., a performance advertising network focused on the B2B market; Fast Asset Corp., a computer industry asset recovery and logistics firm; Resource Ventures, LP, a late stage private equity fund; Empire Media, Inc., an integrated media publishing company; and the Pierce Law Center, a world leader in intellectual property law. Mr. Gersh has founded several start-ups, secured many rounds of venture capital and made a number of acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Gersh has a law degree and masters degree in intellectual property law and is a member of the bar of the State of New York.
Debra Flanz
Debra Flanz joined GKL Media with 20 years of experience in business-to-business marketing. Her first foray into the online arena was in 1998 when she marketed mutual fund data as content to financial sites.
Previously, Ms. Flanz was President and Founder of Capital Resources International, a corporate and financial communications firm serving publicly-traded companies. Prior to this, she held executive positions at Schroders, American Express, Dun & Bradstreet and Institutional Investor.
Ms. Flanz is a Past President of the Financial Women's Association of New York. In the mid-90's, she led the first delegation of businesswomen from the financial industry to India. She received her BA from the University of Michigan and attended The Sorbonne.
Good Morning America featured Ms. Flanz in a special telecast entitled, The Women of Wall Street. She is also highlighted in several books including, Women And The Leadership Q by Shoya Zichy and The Best Way In The World For A Woman To Make Money by David King.
John Gold
Mr. Gold brings extensive experience to GKL Media, having spent more than 20 years as a senior executive in the advertising industry. He has particular expertise in interactive advertising, with emphasis over the last six years on financial marketers.

Prior to GKL Media, Mr. Gold oversaw consumer advertising at CNN's Accent Health unit. Earlier, he was VP of Advertising Sales at Physician's Online. Mr. Gold began his advertising career managing a number of General Mills "Big G" cereal products. Mr. Gold has a BA in economics from Hartwick College.
Tom Gibbons
Tom Gibbons brings significant expertise and success in web design and technology to GKL Media. As Managing Partner of contortgroup, Tom has developed custom web applications and site designs for leading organizations like CantorFitzgerald/eSpeed and Columbia University
Previously, Tom was Director of Design Technology for Worldly Investor.com where he led re-design efforts resulting in a forty percent increase in page views and ad impressions. Prior to this, Tom was Production Manager at ThoughtBubble Inc. where he produced entertainment sites for Sony, Bravo and AMC. Tom is a graduate of Amherst College, where he majored in Fine Arts.
Gerry Libertelli
Mr. Libertelli is a veteran entrepreneur and Internet developer with roots in Online Service Delivery dating back to the start-up of the industry. Mr. Libertelli began his career at Charles Schwab where he played several critical roles in delivering Schwab's online investing products: StreetSmart and The Equalizer.
Following Schwab, Mr. Libertelli formed G.Triad Development Corporation. Under his leadership, G.Triad delivered some of the most comprehensive Web applications in operation today, including SmartMoney.com, Simon and Schuster's SimonSays.com, ToysRUs.com, Dow Jones University (an online distance learning application), and several award winning Intranet applications. Mr. Libertelli grew the company to a 300 person, multi-national IT consulting company; and in 1999, led the acquisition of G.Triad by Computer Horizons Corporation.
Mr. Libertelli has served on numerous technical boards of advisory for startup organizations ranging from CRM related enterprise software to network optimization and management and has been an active supporter of eGovernment initiatives around the country. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University.
